Customer Service Team - Customer Service Representative

As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will help fulfill the final part of our mission statement, "Delighted Customers". Your duties will include responding to consumer needs, including dealer assistance and warranty claims.

We are a leader and innovator in manufacturing for the residential & commercial remodeling industries. Our products include sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, awnings, solar shades, canopies, aluminum and glass railings, and waterproof aluminum decks. Requirements

• High level of professionalism and customer care
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Technical aptitude with an excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

As a full-time employee, your work day will generally be 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
